摘要
目的:探讨老年女性乳腺癌患者的临床病理特点及预后影响因素。方法:2015年1月-2019年1月收治老年女性乳腺癌患者81例,分析临床病理特点、长期生存率及影响预后效果的主要因素。结果:影响老年女性乳腺癌预后效果的单因素包括内分泌治疗、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移数目及分期、脉管瘤栓等;多因素回归分析显示,影响老年女性乳腺癌的独立因素包括淋巴结状态、内分泌治疗、脉管瘤栓、肿瘤大小等。患者首发症状以乳房肿块为主,主要病理类型为浸润性导管癌。结论:手术及内分泌治疗是临床治疗老年女性乳腺癌的有效方式,脉管瘤栓影响该疾病预后效果的独立因素。
Objective:To explore the clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic factors of elderly women with breast cancer.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2019,81 elderly female breast cancer patients were selected.We analyzed the clinicopathological characteristics,long-term survival rate and the main factors affecting the prognosis.Results:The single factors influencing the prognosis of breast cancer in elderly women included endocrine therapy,tumor size,number and stage of lymph node metastasis,vascular tumor thrombus and so on.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the independent factors influencing breast cancer in elderly women included lymph node status,endocrine therapy,vascular tumor thrombus,tumor size and so on.The primary symptom was breast mass,and the main pathological type was invasive ductal carcinoma.Conclusion:Surgery and endocrinotherapy were effective methods for the treatment of breast cancer in elderly women,vascular tumor thrombus was an independent factor affecting the prognosis of the disease.
