摘要
目的:分析阴道镜联合LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年4月收治宫颈癌前病变患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。研究组采用阴道镜联合LEEP治疗;对比组采用宫颈激光烧灼法治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:研究组术中各项指标水平、治疗总有效率及患者满意程度均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用阴道镜联合LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变效果较佳,手术时间与出血时间短、术中出血量较少,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of colposcopy combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods:72 cases of cervical precancerous lesions were selected from January 2018 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.The study group was treated with colposcope and LEEP,and the control group was treated with cervical laser cauterization.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The levels of the indicators,total effective rate of treatment and patients'satisfaction in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colposcopy combined with LEEP is more effective in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions,with shorter operative time and bleeding time,less intraoperative bleeding,and higher patients'satisfaction.
