摘要
为优化EPC总承包项目评标过程,完善EPC项目评标指标体系,解决评标过程中数据处理的随机性和模糊性等问题,研究将云模型引入EPC总承包项目评标方法。本文首先介绍云模型的概念,进行评标引入云模型的适应性分析;其次,建立EPC项目评标指标体系,在此基础上构建基于云模型的EPC总承包项目评标模型,运用危险因子查找优势环节和薄弱环节;最后用一个实例来验证本模型具有实用性和可操作性。
In order to optimize the bid evaluation process of EPC general contracting projects,improve the bid evaluation index system of EPC projects,and solve the randomness and fuzziness of data processing in the process of bid evaluation,the cloud model is introduced into the bid evaluation method of EPC general contracting projects.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of cloud model and analyzes the adaptability of cloud model.Secondly,an EPC project bid evaluation index system is established.On this basis,an EPC general contracting project bid evaluation model based on cloud model is built,and risk factors are used to find out the strengths and weaknesses.Finally,an example is used to verify the practicability and operability of this model.
