摘要
医疗与人民群众身心健康密切相关,也是城市竞争力的重要因素。宁波医疗水平整体偏低,落后于其他副省级城市和计划单列市。本文提出通过实施“名城、名校、名院、名医”建设计划,优化医疗发展政策,集聚一批高层次医疗人才,打造一批知名临床专科和医学重点学科,建设一批知名医院和医科院校、医学研究机构,整体提升宁波医疗水平。
Medical treatment is closely related to the physical and mental health of the people,and it is also an important factor for urban competitiveness.The overall medical level in Ningbo is relatively low,lagging behind other sub-provincial cities and planned cities.This article proposes to implement the"Famous City,Famous School,Famous Hospital,Famous Doctor"construction plan to optimize medical development policies,gather a group of high-level medical talents,create a group of well-known clinical specialties and key medical disciplines,and build a group of well-known hospitals,medical colleges and medical research institutions,so as to improve the overall medical level in Ningbo.
