摘要
At present, mental health education and ideological and political education are increasingly showing a trend of integration andinterweaving, and the interaction between the two forms an organic integration, which promotes the positive interaction betweenmental health education and ideological and political education. Based on this, a sample survey of the psychological stress and theinterest in different contents of mental health education of college students in a university in Sichuan Province was made by meansof questionnaires in this study, and the confusion and psychological problems faced by college students in China and the causeswere analyzed, then some suggestions on how to integrate ideological and political education with psychological education wereput forward, so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
