摘要
在现代工业中,虽然金属的粘接技术被广泛应用,但是生产过程中难免会产成一些粘接缺陷问题。因此,对金属粘接部位的结构的质量监测以及已经出现粘接缺陷的部位进行检测对保持金属设备的安全性具有重要意义。文章针对金属粘接中的缺陷问题,采用激光激发超声的方法建立数学模型对这些缺陷进行模拟检测,并基于此进行了仿真实验。
In modern industry,although metal bonding technology is widely used,it is inevitable that some bonding defects will be produced in the production process.Therefore,the quality monitoring of the structure of the metal bond site and the detection of the portion where the bond defect has occurred are of great significance for maintaining the safety of the metal device.In this paper,based on the defects in metal bonding,a laser-excited ultrasonic method is used to establish a mathematical model to simulate these defects,and a simulation experiment is carried out based on this.
