摘要
随着油气田勘探开发步伐的加快与相关工艺设备的进步运用多重工艺进行油层压力的保持与能量供给是保持老区上产和新区增油的良好手段。运用传统分层注水技术进行相应工作存在测调装置上提、下放过程中的卡顿和不准确。且不能进行实时的动态数据监控还会给现场带来危险和复杂的工作量,综合能动性较差。为了研究油田注水井分层流量监测及控制新工艺。通过对分层流量监测设计领域展开相关研究,最终在基于可调水嘴的配水器控制设备试验框架下提出解决方案,为同行提供建设性意见。
With the acceleration of exploration and development of oil and gas fields and the progress of related technology and equipment,it is a good way to maintain reservoir pressure and energy supply by using multiple technologies to maintain the production of old areas and increase oil production in new areas.The application of traditional layered water injection technology has some drawbacks,such as carton and inaccuracy in the process of lifting and lowering the measuring and regulating device.Moreover,the failure of real-time dynamic data monitoring will bring danger and complex workload to the site,and the comprehensive initiative is poor.In order to study the new technology of stratified flow monitoring and control in oil field water injection wells.Through the related research in the field of layered flow monitoring design,the final solution is put forward under the experimental framework of water distributor control equipment based on adjustable nozzle,which provides constructive suggestions for colleagues.
