摘要
目的对喜碱鸢尾根乙醇提取物中的化学成分进行定性分析。方法采用LC-ESI-Q-TOFMS/MS分析,Poroshell 120-C18反相色谱柱(2.7×100 mm,2.7μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;质谱使用ESI离子源,负离子模式下采集数据。结果通过负离子质谱信息及元素组成分析与相关文献数据对照,共鉴定出18个化合物。结论所建立的检测方法快速、准确,灵敏度高,为阐明喜碱鸢尾根乙醇提取物药效物质基础提供有力的证据。
Objective To qualitatively analyze the chemical constituents of ethanol extracts from Iris halophila Pall.Methods LC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS/MS analysis,Poroshell 120-C18 reversed phase column(2.7×100 mm,2.7μm),eluted with acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid as mobile phase gradient;mass spectrometry using ESI ion source,under negative ion mode collect data.Results A total of 18 compounds are identified by negative ion mass spectrometry information and elemental composition analysis and related literature data.Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate and sensitive.It provides a strong evidence for elucidating the pharmacodynamic basis of Iris halophila Pall.ethanol extract.
