摘要
伏牛山区是特色农业物产丰富,也是脱贫攻坚的重点区域和南水北调水源区,推进农业循环经济发展意义重大。伏牛山区农业发展存在的环境问题主要包括:农业面源污染量大面广,农村生活污染不断加剧,耕地资源和水资源短缺,农村点源污染问题依然突出,农村生态环境监管缺失。今后农业循环经济发展的策略为:推进化肥和农药增效减量,发展绿色和有机农业,发展种养结合循环农业,推进农业延链增值,促进“农文养旅”产业融合发展。
Funiu mountain arer is rich in characteristic agricultural products,is also a key area of poverty alleviation and water source area of the south-to-north water diversion project,promoting the development of agricultural circular economy is of great significance.The environmental problems existing in the agricultural development in funiu mountain arer can be summarized as follows:the pollution of non-point sources in agriculture is large and extensive,the pollution of rural life is increasing,the shortage of cultivated land resources and water resources,the pollution of rural point sources is still prominent,and the supervision of rural ecological environment is lacking.In the future,the strategies for the development of agricultural circular economy are as follows:promoting chemical fertilizer and pesticide efficiency increase and decrease,developing green and organic agriculture,developing the combination of planting and breeding with circular agriculture,promoting the value-added of agricultural extension chain,and promoting the integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism industry.
