摘要
为改善风机的内部气流流动情况,提高风机出口流量,对原始风机内部流场进行分析,得到风机内部流场流动情况;根据流场分析,提出了相应的改进方案.通过优化叶片安装倾角、叶片长度和风机壳体形状对内部流场进行改善.结果表明:通过优化叶片结构和风机壳体,有效地减少了气流在壳体内部的动能损失,提高了风机出口流量.
The study is to improve the internal airflow of the fan and increase the fan outlet flow.Firstly,the internal flow field of the original fan is analyzed,and the flow field inside the fan is obtained.The corresponding improvement scheme is proposed based on the flow field analysis.The internal flow field is improved by optimizing the blade mounting pitch,blade length and fan housing shape.The results show that by optimizing the blade structure and the fan casing,the kinetic energy loss of the airflow inside the casing is effectively reduced,increasing the fan outlet flow.
