摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一种长度大于200 bp但不直接编码蛋白质的RNA。研究发现lncRNA涉及许多重要的生物过程,如细胞增殖、细胞存活、细胞分化、器官发生、基因组印记、以及染色质重塑等。肺癌转移相关转录本1(metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1,MALAT1)是lncRNA家族中的重要成员,位于人类第11号染色体上(11p13.1),长度8000 bp,为基因间转录本。MALAT1在宫颈癌中高表达,其可能与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关,有望成为子宫颈癌诊断与治疗的新靶点。本文就lncRNA MALAT1与子宫颈癌关系的研究现状作一综述。
Long-chain non coding RNA(lncrna)is a kind of RNA with a length of more than 200 bp but not directly encoding protein.It is found that lncrna involves many important biological processes,such as cell proliferation,cell survival,cell differentiation,organogenesis,genomic imprinting,and chromatin remodeling.The metastasis associated lung cancer transcript 1(malat1)is an important member of the lncrna family.It is located on human chromosome 11(11p13.1),with a length of 8000 BP.It is an intergenic transcript.Malat1 is highly expressed in cervical cancer,which may be closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,and may become a new target for diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.This article reviews the research status of the relationship between lncrna malat1 and cervical cancer.
