摘要
概述了图书资料管理工作的内容,分析了图书资料信息化管理的意义,即保护图书资料,实现图书资料共享,加快信息传递并快速获取资源,服务模式更加主动,提升图书馆的服务能力。阐述了图书资料管理工作存在的问题,如管理模式封闭,缺乏规范,工作人员服务意识较弱,缺乏高素质的信息化管理人才,信息化管理水平较低。提出了图书资料信息化管理策略,即建立专业的图书资料信息化管理体系,提高管理人员的图书管理信息服务水平,建立类型多样的文献数据库,实现图书资源共享,以期创新管理方法,为读者带来更加优质的服务。
This paper summarizes the work content of library information management, analyzes the significance of library information management, that is, to protect library information, to realize the sharing of library information, to speed up information transmission and rapid access to resources, to make service mode more active and to improve service ability of the library. It expounds the problems existing in the management of books and materials, such as the closed management mode, the lack of standardization, the weak service awareness of the staff, the lack of high-quality information management personnel, and the low level of information management. It puts forward the library information management strategy, that is, to establish a professional library information management system, to improve library management information service level of managers, to establish a variety of literature databases, to realize the sharing of library resources, so as to innovate management methods and to bring better services for readers.
