摘要
幼儿教师课程领导的意义体现在促进专业发展、使课程实施由“被动”走向“主动”、营造良好的园所文化氛围。幼儿教师课程领导存在的问题主要体现在幼儿教师课程领导意识淡薄,幼儿教师工作繁忙、无心参与课程领导,园长未转变课程领导观,外部支持力度小。提出了幼儿教师课程领导优化策略。幼儿教师要提高课程领导素养和意识,园长应更新观念并重建课程领导观,增强外部支持与帮助,为幼儿教师课程领导提供物力和财力保障。
The significance of preschool teachers’curriculum leadership lies in promoting professional development,changing curriculum implementation from“passive”to“active”,and creating a good cultural atmosphere in kindergarten.The existing problems of preschool teachers’curriculum leadership are reflected in the following aspects:weak awareness of preschool teachers’curriculum leadership,busy work of preschool teachers,unwillingness to participate in curriculum leadership,lack of change of curriculum leadership by the head of kindergarten,and little external support.It puts forward the optimization strategy of preschool teachers’curriculum leadership,that is,preschool teachers should improve the quality and consciousness of curriculum leadership,the head of kindergarten should renew the concept and rebuild the concept of curriculum leadership,strengthen external support and help,and provide material and financial support for preschool teachers’curriculum leadership.
