摘要
随着我国高校毕业生数量急剧增加,大学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,创业成为大学生进行就业选择的一条重要途径,在契合大众创业、万众创新的新时代背景下,以本科院校向应用科技大学转型发展着手,基于目前我国高校创新创业人才培养模式中存在问题以及大学生创业的主要特点和面临的困难,研究应用型本科高校创新创业人才培养模式,提出建设创新创业型师资队伍、构建特色课程教学体系、加强校企合作、走产学研结合道路等对策,为大学生创新创业提供有力的支持。
With the rapid expansion of the number of college graduates in China and the increasing employment situation of university graduates,entrepreneurship has become an important way for college students to choose employment.Under the background of a new era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,undergraduate colleges and universities will be transformed into applied science and technology universities.Based on the existing problems in the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship training in colleges and universities and the main characteristics and difficulties of college students’entrepreneurship,this paper studies the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship training in applied colleges and universities.The author puts forward some countermeasures such as building innovative and entrepreneurial teachers,constructing characteristic curriculum teaching system,strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises,and taking the combination of production,study and research to provide strong support for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship.
