摘要
目的探讨小剂量右美托咪定在高血压患者围麻醉期控制血压的应用效果.方法选择本院收治的行手术治疗的高血压患者98例进行研究,依据麻醉方案分两组各49例,对照组为咪唑安定麻醉,观察组为小剂量右美托咪定麻醉,观察两组生命体征变化及不良反应发生情况.结果 给药后10min、麻醉后1h观察组心率及血压均稳定,而对照组则波动较大,P<0.05;给药后10min、麻醉后1h两组血氧饱和度均稳定,比较无明显差异,P>0.05;观察组不良反应发生率4.08%显著低于对照组18.37%,P<0.05.结论在高血压患者围麻醉期采用小剂量右美托咪定麻醉可有效稳定其血压水平及心率,且具有不良反应反应少,安全性高的优势,值得推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of low dose dexmedetomidine on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension during perioperative period of anesthesia.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,98 patients with hypertension treated by surgery in our hospital were selected for study.According to the anesthesia scheme,98 patients were divided into two groups,49 patients in the control group were anesthetized with midazolam,and the observation group was anesthetized with low-dose dexmedetomidine The changes of vital signs and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results However,the heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group were stable 10 min after administration and 1h after anesthesia,while those in the control group showed poor fluctuation with obvious difference(P<0.05).The oxygen saturation of the two groups was stable 10 min after administration and 1h after anesthesia,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.08% significantly lower than that in the control group(18.37%,P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose dexmedetomidine anesthesia can effectively stabilize the blood pressure level and heart rate of hypertensive patients during the perioperative period.lt has the advantages of less adverse reactions and high safety and is worthy of promotion.
