摘要
现阶段,北极的能源开发逐步引起全球的关注。由于北极地区蕴藏着巨大的天然气、稀土、可再生能源及氢能源等开发潜力,这些资源能源的开发对全球能源的转型将具有重要的作用。同时,北极能源开发也面临着成本高、环保严和地缘政治复杂等问题。我国应制定全面的北极开发规制、加强与相关国家在北极的合作,重视北极能源公平问题、参加北极航道建设,推动我国能源顺利转型。
At this stage, the development of the Arctic has shifted from "scientific exploration"to"commercial development". The Arctic’s huge energy resource reserves will become a booster for the global energy transition in the fields of natural gas and rare earth development, renewable electricity and hydrogen production, and the global energy Internet. Although the development of Arctic energy resources still has problems such as difficult development, high environmental protection requirements, and complex geopolitical issues, China should formulate an Arctic energy development strategy as early as possible, fully cooperate with countries inside and outside the Arctic region, and improve China’s Arctic development technology and equipment level and humanities. Soft power, open up Arctic waterways, and promote the smooth transformation of China’s energy.
