摘要
利用现有的低温精馏装置,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的低温控制系统,并将其应用到现场装置。该控制系统不仅包含常规信号的采集,还包括了OPC通讯、DP通讯、以太网通讯、串口通讯等多种通讯方式,是一个集多种信号多种通讯方式相融合的控制系统,实现了数据显示与历史曲线、参数设定与数据存储、报警与连锁、截图等多种功能。同时系统利用LabVIEW的多线程技术,有效提高了程序的运算效率和CPU的利用率。该系统操作界面友好、简单,具有较强的可移植性和扩充能力。经过长期试验运行结果表明,控制系统运行稳定、可靠,满足工艺要求。
A low temperature control system based on LabVIEW was designed and applied to the field device using the existing cryogenic rectification device.The control system not only includes the collection of conventional signals,but also includes various communication methods such as OPC communication,DP communication,Ethernet communication,serial communication,etc.It is a control system that integrates multiple signals and multiple communication modes,and realizes the data display and history curves,parameter settings and data storage,alarms and chains,screenshots and more.At the same time,the system utilizes multi-threading technology of LabVIEW to effectively improve the program computational efficiency and CPU utilization.The system has a friendly and simple operation interface,and has strong portability and expansion capabilities.After long-term test operation,the control system is stable and reliable,and meets the process requirements.
