摘要
基于我国能源配置和长期发展的需求,形成了西电东送、北电南送,纵横交错的远距离、大跨越、大容量的电力线路走廊,具有覆盖分布广、受地域地貌和环境气象因素影响大的特征。因此,本文从雷击、台风、山火、冰灾、污秽度、温度、湿度、气压和鸟害等不同影响条件考虑,针对性地分析输电线路对电网产生的安全风险及成因,并采用合理有效的防治措施,从而降低供电中断事故、防范大面积停电及电网解列运行事故的发生。
Based on the needs of China’s energy allocation and long-term development,it has formed a long-distance,large-span,large-capacity power line corridor with west-to-east power transmission and north-south power transmission.It has a wide coverage and is affected by regional geomorphology and environmental meteorological factors.Therefore,considering the different impact conditions of lightning strikes,typhoons,mountain fires,ice disasters,pollution,temperature,humidity,air pressure and bird damage,the safety risks and causes of transmission lines to the power grid are analyzed,and adopt reasonable and effective prevention measures,aiming at reducing power supply interruption,preventing large-scale power outages,and grid disconnection operation accidents.
