摘要
文章介绍了大连大学物理科学与技术学院物理类专业实践教学中加强大学生创新能力培养的经验和做法。重点介绍了“323”创新能力培养模式的内涵和培养途径,将物理类专业实践教学体系重新定义基本能力、专业能力和综合能力三个层次,重点搭建了大学生创新创业平台,实现了第一课堂与第二课堂的交叉融合。经过几年的探索和实践,我们在学生创新能力培养和师资队伍建设上取得了一定成效,达到了预期效果。
This paper introduces the experience and practice of strengthening the innovative ability of college students in the practical teaching of physics majors in the School of Physics Science and Technology of Dalian University.The paper introduces the connotation and training methods of the"323"innovative ability training mode,and redefines the basic skills,professional ability and comprehensive ability of the physical professional practice teaching system,focusing on building the innovation and entrepreneurship platform for college students and realizing a cross-integration the first and he second class.After several years of exploration and practice,we have achieved certain results in the cultivation of students'innovative ability and the construction of the teaching staff,and achieved the expected results.
