摘要
为了探究木棉非织造絮片的结构与性能,测试了木棉非织造絮片的形态、孔径分布、压缩及压缩后弹性回复性能以及热性能,得出如下结论:木棉纤维在絮片中仍保持中空结构,木棉絮片结构蓬松,纤维交叉点多,能为吸附提供较多吸附点;木棉絮片内孔径大小分布在14.42mm^97.80mm,平均孔径为38.93mm,易被压缩,压缩后回弹较好;木棉絮片耐热性能较好,在34&10T时开始分解。
In order to explore the structure and properties of kapok nonwoven waddings,the kapok nonwoven wadding was tested for the morphology,pore size distribution,compression properties,compression recovery properties and thermal properties.The conclusions were as follows:The kapok fibers still maintained a hollow structure in the nonwoven waddings,they had a fluffy structure and many fiber intersections,which could provide more adsorption points for adsorption;the pore diameter of the kapok nonwoven waddings ranged from 14.42mm to 97.80mm and the average diameter was 38.93mm.The waddings were easy to be compressed and recover after compression.And they had a good heat resistance and began to decompose from 348.10℃.
