摘要
多连杆机构的各个杆件尺寸及相对位置决定了肘杆压力机的运动特性。本文基于参数化建模的方法,创建了六杆机构的运动学模型。以降低杆系总高度和工件成形阶段速度为优化目标,评估各参数变量,采用离散化的方法进行优化。通过优化分析计算,求解出合理的机构参数值。
The motion characteristics of elbow press have been determined by the size and relative position of each multi-link mechanism.On the basis of the parametric modeling method,the kinematics model of six-bar mechanism has been established in the text.Taking the lower total height of the bar system and the speed of workpiece forming stage as optimization objectives,various parameter variables have been evaluated,and the separation and dispersion method has been adopted for optimization.Through optimization analysis and calculation,the reasonable parameters of the mechanism have been obtained.
