摘要
以雁白黄河大桥匝道工程为案例,对选择支架模板支撑系统应遵循的原则和依据进行了分析,结合现浇匝道桥梁支架施工工艺流程及施工技术的具体应用,制定了有效提高现浇匝道桥梁施工安全性和稳定性的措施。分析结果表明:该支架施工技术和方法满足了现浇匝道桥梁对支架可靠性强、稳定性高的技术要求,属于现浇匝道桥梁施工中一种有效的支架施工技术,对现浇匝道桥梁施工效率和施工质量的提升起到重要作用。
Taking the ramp project of Yanbai Yellow River Bridge as the research example, this paper analyses the principle and basis for choosing bracket formwork supporting system. The measures of effective improving safety and stability of the cast-in-place ramp bridge bracket have been made on the basis of the application of technological process and the construction technologies. The analysis results show that the bracket construction technology and method have met the technical requirements of cast-in-place ramp bridges for high reliability and accuracy of the brackets, which is an effective supporter construction technology in the construction of cast-in-place ramp bridge and plays an important role in improving the construction efficiency and quality of cast-in-place ramp bridge.
