摘要
目前我国小区播种机还有很多问题待解决,如大豆育种使用窝眼轮式排种器的小区播种机播种时存在着混种、换种过程复杂等问题,为了解决这些问题,设计了一种适用于窝眼轮式排种器的清种装置。文中设计的清种装置清种彻底、作业过程高效,能有效解决使用窝眼轮式排种器的小区播种机换种过程中清种不便的问题。通过对大豆种子的运动过程受力分析,当清种口的压力大于38.92 Pa时,可将大豆种子从排种器种腔内压入清种管中。以齐黄34品种为试验材料进行了清种时长和清种性能的测定。试验结果表明,清种装置在9 s内可清除排种器种腔内残留的种子,清种彻底且快速,达到了清种的需求。
Many problems for plot seed planters are required to be solved in China. For instance, the plot planter with cell-seed-wheel distributor used in soybean breeding has the problems of seed mixing and complicated seed distributing processes. In order to solve these problems, a seed clearing device suitable for the cell-seed-wheel distributor was designed. The device cleans the seed completely and operates efficiently, which effectively solves the problems of inconvenient seed cleaning in the process of seed distributing in the plot seed planter. Based on the stress analysis of soybean seed movement process,when the pressure of seed cleaning mouth was greater than 38.90 Pa, soybean seeds can be pressed into the seed cleaning tube from the seed distributor. The seed cleaning duration and seed cleaning performance were measured with soybean cultivar Qihuang 34, and the results showed that the seed cleaning device could remove the seeds remaining in the seed chamber within 9 s, and the seed cleaning was complete and fast, meeting the requirements of seed cleaning.
