摘要
采用芬顿法对可生化性极差的某制药园区尾水进行了预处理研究。通过正交和单因素试验,考察了反应在常温条件下(23℃~25℃),溶液初始酸碱度、双氧水剂量、七水合硫酸亚铁剂量和反应接触时间对废水中的COD去除率及其可生化性的影响。试验结果表明,最佳反应条件为初始反应酸碱度(pH)值=3、双氧水(30%)剂量0.3 g/L、七水合硫酸亚铁剂量3 g/L和反应时间60 min,CODCr去除率达63.38%,B/C由原来的0.02升高到0.38,可生化性得到显著提高。因此,采用Fenton法预处理制药园区尾水是可行的。
Considering the poor biodegradability of the refractory pharmaceutical park tail water,Fenton reagent was used to pretreat pharmaceutical tail water.According to the orthogonal experiment and single factor experiments,under room temperature conditions,the effects of four factors on four levels:pH,dosage of H2O2,dosage of FeSO4·7H2O and reaction time on the organic pollutants removal of bio-polluted waste water were investigated and optimum operation conditions were proposed.The results show that the optimal operating conditions are as following:pH=3,C(H2O2)=0.3 g/L,C(FeSO4·7 H2O)=3.0 g/L,t=60 min.Under these conditions,the COD removals are 63.38%and itsρ(BOD5)/ρ(COD)increased from 0.02 to 0.38,the biodegradability is greatly improved.Therefore,it is feasible to use Fenton method to pretreat pharmaceutical park tail water.
