摘要
为对两种类型的多模块电容型脉冲功率电源放电特性进行研究,分析了放电过程中各主要功率器件的电气特性及电源对负载的放电效率,并针对I型PFN模块放电过程中反向电压不能释放的缺点,为脉冲功率电源设计了反向电压释放通道。仿真结果表明:二极管和晶闸管等器件的性能受电路拓扑及时序的共同影响,I型PFN对负载的放电效率比II型PFN更高,通过反向电压释放通道可将放电过程中产生的反向电压有效回收,以进一步提高放电效率。
The discharge efficiency of load and electrical characteristics of some key power components is analyzed in order to study the discharge characteristics of two types of pulse power supply. A release channel is designed to deal with the negative voltage residual of capacitor especially Type I PFN. The simulation results show that the performance of power components such as diode and thyristor would be affected by discharge sequence and circuit topology. In terms of discharge efficiency, Type I PFN is more desirable than Type II PFN. Meanwhile, negative capacitor voltage residual could be recovered by the release channel, and the discharge efficiency could be improved by recovery.
