摘要 随着水产养殖业的发展,抗生素在防治疾病、促进动物生长等方面作用显著。但是抗生素具有致畸、致癌、致突变等作用,长期使用还会使病菌产生抗药性,造成药物残留、环境污染、危害人类健康等问题,现已成为水产业最为关注的热点问题。微生态制剂作为一种新型、天然、环保制剂,具有无毒副作用、无药物残留以及无耐药性等诸多优点,在水产养殖业逐渐受到欢迎。本文综述了微生态制剂的作用原理及其在水产养殖中的作用,并就微生态制剂的现存问题及未来可能发展的方向进行了探讨,以期为合理使用微生态制剂提供理论基础。 With the development of aquaculture, antibiotics play a significant role in preventing and treating diseases and promoting animal growth. However, antibiotics have teratogenic, carcinogenic and mutagenic effects, long-term use can also lead to drug resistance. The residues of feed additives, environmental pollution and human health hazards have become the focus of the aquaculture industry. Probiotics as a set of new, natural, environmental protection, non-toxic side effects, no drug residues, and no drug resistance, and many other advantages, it has become the new darling of the aquaculture industry. This paper reviews the probiotics in aquaculture action principle, the role of probiotics species and in aquaculture, micro-ecological agents and the existing problems and the direction of future development are discussed in this paperso as to provide theoretical basis for rational use of micro-ecological preparations.
