摘要
目的探讨12导联动态心电图与心电图平板运动试验诊断冠心病心肌缺血的效果情况。方法分析广东省湛江中心人民医院2013年2月~2018年4月收治的疑似冠心病心肌缺血患者110例临床资料,依据检查方式不同进行分组,12导联动态心电图组、心电图平板运动试验组、联合诊断组。观察三种检查方式的特异度、灵敏度、准确度情况,观察三种检查方式检测不同病变的情况。结果联合诊断组特异度、灵敏度、准确度均明显高于12导联动态心电图组、心电图平板运动试验组,联合诊断组不同病变准确率明显高于12导联动态心电图组、心电图平板运动试验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论12导联动态心电图联合心电图平板运动试验诊断冠心病心肌缺血患者,具有较高的特异度、灵敏度、准确度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore effect of 12 lead dynamic electrocardiography and treadmill exercise test on diagnosis of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.Methods Clinical data of 110 patients with suspected myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease who were admitted and treated in Zhanjiang Central People’s Hospital in Guangdong province from February 2013 to April 2018 were analyzed.According to different examination methods,they were divided into 12 lead dynamic electrocardiography group,electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test group and combined diagnosis group.Specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of the three examination methods were observed.Three examination methods for detecting different lesions were observed.Results Specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of the combined diagnosis group were significantly higher than those of 12 lead dynamic electrocardiography group and electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test group.The accuracy of different lesions of the combined diagnosis group was significantly higher than that of 12 lead dynamic electrocardiography group and electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 12 lead dynamic electrocardiography combined with treadmill exercise test in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease has higher specificity,sensitivity and accuracy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
