摘要
为了克服带式输送机运行阻力由于分类不同导致的计算差异,选用了运行阻力的近似方法实现简化计算和分析;通过分析带式输送机在稳定和非稳定工况下运行时对胶带张力的要求,探讨了胶带张力计算校核方法。最后给出了长距离带式输送机胶带张力计算实例。
In order to overcome the calculation difference caused by different classifications of the belt conveyor running resistance, the approximate calculation method of running resistance is adopted to simplify it. The calculation method of the belt tension is discussed by analyzing the requirements of the belt tension when the belt conveyor runs in stable and unsteady conditions. Finally, an example of the belt tension calculation of long-distance belt conveyor is given.
