摘要
知识共享是知识管理的核心目标。学界对于知识共享的研究十分丰富,不同研究者从不同角度对其进行了探索。近年来,关于研究生知识共享的研究逐渐引起了国内外学者的注意。对国内外研究生知识共享的研究进行综述性探讨,以便对未来的研究有所启发。
Knowledge sharing is the core objectives of knowledge management.The research of knowledge sharing is very abundant,and different researchers study it through different perspectives.In recent years,more and more researchers pay attention to the graduate knowledge sharing researching.This article intended to inspire future researching based on a summarization of graduate knowledge sharing at home and abroad.
