摘要
为克服浅圆仓仓顶结构传统现浇建造技术中施工质量难以控制、模板和脚手架需求量大、能源和资源浪费现象严重、工期长、安全风险高等问题,以顺德粮食产业园项目为背景,结合浅圆仓仓顶结构自身结构和工艺特点,提出了2种装配式混凝土仓顶结构设计方案.通过理论计算、数值模拟相结合的分析方法重点对方案二预制槽形板进行系统设计和对比分析并进行最优截面选取.结果表明:方案二中仓顶结构预制槽形板均满足承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态要求,符合设计规范要求,该装配式设计方案合理可行.研究结果可为装配式仓顶结构的研究和应用提供参考.
In order to solve the problem that long construction,construction quality is difficult to control,high security risk,set up a large number of scaffolding and template when the construction process of the roof structur.Two construction scheme of the roof structure is proposed for the project of Shun De Grain Industrial Park with the structure and process characteristics of the shallow round warehouse roof structure.The systematic design and comparative analysis of the second scheme are carried out by the combination of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.The research shows that under the Option II,the prefabricated trough plate of the warehouse roof structure in the second scheme satisfies the requirements of the ultimate bearing capacity state and the normal service limit state.The design scheme is reasonable and feasible.The research results can provide reference for the research and application of the assembled roof structure.
