摘要
目的:分析联用地奈德乳膏与青鹏软膏治疗神经性皮炎的价值.方法:2018年1-12月收治神经性皮炎患者78例,按就诊顺序分为两组各39例.对照组应用地奈德乳膏治疗;观察组应用地奈德乳膏联合青鹏软膏治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:神经性皮炎通过联用地奈德乳膏及青鹏软膏治疗可显著提升疗效,同时安全性良好.
Objective:To analyze the effect of desonide cream combined with qingpeng ointment in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods:78 patients with neurodermatitis were selected from January to December 2018,they were divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group according to the order of treatment.The control group was treated with desonide cream,the observation group was treated with desonide cream combined with qingpeng ointment.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of neurodermatitis with desonide cream combined with qingpeng ointment can significantly improve the efficacy,at the same time,the safety is good.
