入炉煤水分对焦化热工参数影响的模型试验 被引量:3

Model test on coking thermal process under different coal charge moisture conditions

摘要 以焦化工艺的物质与能量转化机理为基础,建立焦化工序的物质、能量、火用平衡模型,研究了入炉煤水分与焦化产物数量、产物带出热量和产物火用值之间的关系,并给出了入炉煤水分和热效率及火用效率之间的相关性曲线。利用小焦炉进行了不同入炉煤水分的焦化热工模型试验,结果与模型的理论分析基本一致,其研究成果利于风选调湿技术的工程化设计改进。 Based on the material and energy transformation mechanism of coking process,the material balance,heat balance and exergy balance model of coking process were established.The paper compared the difference influence of moisture content in coal charge for coking thermal process.The relation of the moisture content and,heat efficiency and exergy balance were analyzed.The relation of the moisture content and the energy of the output was founded.Coke-oven energy efficiency increases as the moisture content decreases.The influence of moisture content in coal charge to the coking thermal indexes was validation by the model test and coke-oven test.The relation of bulk density and moisture was founded.Contrast tests were beneficial to changing existing coal winnowing and moisture control equipments.
