摘要
为研究金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S.aureus)在医院的临床分布特征及耐药情况,该文以四川某医院2018年收集的539株S.aureus为研究对象,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定其对15种抗生素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并用统计学方法进行分析。结果显示,539株S.aureus中有142株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA);MRSA主要分布于皮肤性病科(30株,21.1%);S.aureus对青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素耐药率较高,分别为96.10%、63.50%、60.30%,但对利奈唑胺、万古霉素等敏感;MRSA菌株对苯唑西林、青霉素、红霉素等的耐药率均明显高于甲氧西林敏感型金黄色葡萄球菌(Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus,MSSA)菌株;在预防和治疗S.aureus感染时,需根据药敏实验合理选择使用抗菌药物。
To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)in a hospital,a total of 539 strains of clinical isolated S.aureus are collected from a hospital in 2018 in Sichuan Province,and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of 15 antibiotics for the S.aureus is determined by broth microdilution method and analyzed by statistical method.The results show that there are 142 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)among 539 S.aureus isolates;142 MRSA are mainly distributed in dermatology(30 strains,21.1%);the drug resistance rates of 539 S.aureus isolates to penicillin,erythromycin,clindamycin are relatively high,such as 96.10%,63.50%,60.30%respectively,but 539 S.aureus isolates are sensitive to linezolid,vancomycin and some other drugs;the resistance rates of MRSA strains to benzacillin,penicillin,erythromycin and some other drugs are higher than those of methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA)strains;in the prevention and treatment of S.aureus infection,hospitals should reasonably choose antimicrobial agents according to the drug sensitivity test.
