摘要
针对“一库两厂”不同利益或调度主体实际情况,为解决不同主体间共用一库水的协同调度及发电收益问题,构建了基于不同主体约束条件下水电站整体发电量最大的中长期优化调度模型,并首次在水库调度中引入了借-还电量的运行模式,实现了“一库两厂”的短期协同调度。最后以溪洛渡水电站为例进行中长期和短期计算验证,并与历史实际运行情况进行对比分析,计算结果与实际情况相差在5%以内,可以进行实际运用,所提出的方法体现了各利益主体的公平公正、违约补偿、效益均分的发电原则。
In view of the fact that there are different interest or dispatching bodies in a hydropower station,in order to solve the cooperative dispatching problem of sharing a reservoir water among different bodies,this paper constructs a medium and long term optimal dispatching model of hydropower station with maximum overall power generation under different main constraints.The operation mode of loan-payback is introduced into reservoir operation for the first time,and the short-term cooperative dispatching of"one reservoir and two plants"is realized.Finally,taking Xiluodu Hydropower Station on the Jiasha River as an example,the medium and short term calculation and verification are carried out,and compared with the actual operation of history.The results show that it accords with the practical application with the error of less than 5%and can be used for practice.The model embodies the principles of fairness and justice,compensation for contract breach,equal allocation of power generation benefits among all parties.
