摘要
堆石料填筑设计标准通常以孔隙率指标进行评价,但在大型碾压机械应用以后该评价指标很容易达到设计要求。鉴于这种情况,在雅砻江两河口水电站工程中研究采用相对密度法对大坝堆石料填筑质量进行控制的可行性。介绍了在碾压试验现场进行大型相对密度试验的方法,即通过坑测法和附加质量法在相同和不同测点进行试验检测;比较了不同测试方法的检测成果及相对密度控制的可行性。综合分析表明,用附加质量法检测堆石料相对密度具有可行性。
The design standard of rockfill is usually evaluated by porosity index.However at present porosity is likely to meet the design standard after the application of large compacting machinery.In view of this situation,the engineers studied the feasibility of controlling rockfill quality based on relative density method in Lianghekou Hydropower Station on Yalong River.In this paper,test methods of relative density,namely the pit measuring method and additional mass method at rolling site were introduced,and we compared their test results and feasibility in evaluating the relative density in practice.The results showed that the application effect of additional mass method was better.
