两步法制备AuNPs/rGO复合薄膜用于水质重金属Cr(Ⅵ)的电化学检测 被引量:1

Preparation of AuNPs/rGO Composite Film by Two-Step Method for Electrochemical Detection of Heavy Metal Cr(Ⅵ)

摘要 一种简单的两步电沉积法制备金纳米颗粒(AuNPs)/还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)(AuNPs/rGO)纳米复合材料用于水质重金属Cr(Ⅵ)的检测。首先使用循环伏安法电化学还原氧化石墨烯(GO)将rGO电沉积在玻碳电极(GCE)表面,接着使用CV法将AuNPs电沉积在rGO片层上,得到AuNPs/rGO/GCE。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线能谱分析(EDS)对AuNPs/rGO纳米复合材料进行表征。并且对电沉积时间,支持电解质HCl的浓度进行了优化,以及采用方波伏安法对Cr(Ⅵ)进行检测。实验结果表明AuNPs/rGO/GCE对于Cr(Ⅵ)的还原有非常好的电催化能力,其检测Cr(Ⅵ)的线性范围为1μmol/L^50μmol/L,灵敏度高达0.34818μA/(μmol/L),检测限为0.046μmol/L(S/N=3)。同时对该传感器检测的选择性、重复性和稳定性进行了测试。 A facile two-step electrochemical deposition of gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)/reduced graphene oxide(rGO)(AuNPs/rGO)nanocomposite was developed for Cr(Ⅵ)determination in water. First,electrodeposition of rGO on GCE was done by electroreduction of GO using cyclic voltammetry(CV),and then AuNPs were electrodeposited on rGO sheets using CV to obtain as AuNPs/rGO/GCE. The AuNPs/rGO nanocomposite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy(EDS)analysis. The electrodeposition time,and concentration of HCl supporting electrolyte were respectively optimized for Cr(Ⅵ)determination. Square wave voltammetry(SWV)was applied for the detection of Cr(Ⅵ). The experimental results demonstrated the AuNPs/rGO/GCE has excellent electrocatalytic ability for Cr(Ⅵ)reduction,and a linear range of 1 μmol/L^50 μmol/L,with a high sensitivity of 0.34818 μA/(μmol/L),and a detection limit of 0.046 μmol/L(S/N=3)for Cr(Ⅵ)determination. Meanwhile,the selectivity,repeatability and stability of the sensor were tested.
