三岔河梯级水库浮游植物光合作用效率的时空变化

Temporal and Spatial Variation of Photosynthetic Efficiency of Phytoplankton in Cascade Reservoirs of the Sancha River

摘要 浮游植物最大光合作用效率(Fv/Fm)可以判断水生生态环境状况,是探究梯级筑坝对河流生态环境影响的重要参数。本研究对三岔河梯级水库的浮游植物Fv/Fm及相关的水化学参数进行了季节性调查,探讨Fv影响因素。结果表明,Fv/Fm具有明显的时空差异性,在空间分布上为库区>下泄水>河流;Fv显著正相关,库区总细胞丰度大,Fv/Fm比其它区域高。在时间分布上为冬季>夏季≈秋季>春季,表明浮游植物在水温较低时,会提高光合作用效率,Fv/Fm增高。 Fv/Fm of phytoplankton can reflect the maximum photosynthetic efficiency and the status of aquatic ecological environment,thus it is an important parameter to understand the impact of cascade damming on the river’s ecological environment.In this study,the seasonal investigation on phytoplankton’s Fv/Fm and hydrochemistry in cascade reservoir of the Sancha River was conducted to understand the spatial-temporal variation of Fv/Fm and its environmental influencing factors.The results showed that the temporal and spatial variation of Fv/Fm was significant.The order of the spatial distribution was reservoir>discharge>river.Fv/Fm and total cell abundance of phytoplankton showed a significant positive correlation.The total cell abundance in reservoirs was larger,therefore Fv/Fm was higher.The order of the seasonal distribution was winter>summer≈autumn>spring,indicating that phytoplankton improve their light utilization efficiency and increase Fv/Fm in waters of low temperature.
