摘要
目的:研究玉屏风颗粒中18种无机元素的特性。方法:建立测定玉屏风颗粒18种无机元素含量的ICP-MS法,测定其含量。建立玉屏风颗粒18种无机元素的特征图谱,运用主成分分析18份玉屏风颗粒中药效基础无机元素,并比较18种无机元素的丰富度和各元素的贡献率。结果:建立测定玉屏风颗粒18种无机元素含量的ICP-MS法,其精密度、稳定性、重现性均小于5%,18种无机元素在0~100μg/mL范围内的相关系数均在0.999 0以上。建立玉屏风颗粒中18种无机元素图谱特征性强。以主成分分析综合得分表示元素的丰富度,云南白药集团有限公司(99 911.9,n=6)>国药集团广东环球制药有限公司(59 487.4,n=9)。玉屏风颗粒中K对整体无机元素的贡献率最大,贡献率为97.745%。结论:建立测定玉屏风颗粒中18种无机元素含量的ICP-MS方法准确、可靠、重现性好。K可能与玉屏风颗粒的功效相关,很有可能是通过调节机体代谢而起到治疗"表虚不固"的作用。
Objective:To study the characteristics of 18 inorganic elements in Yupingfeng granules(YG).Methods:ICP-MS method was developed for the determination of 18 inorganic elements in YG.The fingerprint of 18 kinds of inorganic elements were developed on YG.The Principal component analysis(PCA)were used to analyze the basic inorganic elements of 18 kinds of YG,and the richness of 18 inorganic elements and the contribution rate of each element were compared.Results:The precision,stability and reproducibility of the ICP-MS method were all less than 5%.The correlation coefficients of 18 inorganic elements were all over 0.999 0 in the range of 0-100 μg/mL.The fingerprint of 18 inorganic elements in the YG were strong.The PCA comprehensive score indicates the richness of the elements,YG of Yunnan Baiyao Group Co.,Ltd.(99911.9,n=6)> YG of Guoguo Group Guangdong Global Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.(59487.4,n=9).The contribution rate of K,to the overall inorganic elements in YG is large,and the contribution rates are 97.745%.Conclusion:The ICP-MS method for the determination of 18 inorganic elements in YG is accurate,reliable and reproducible.K may be related to the efficacy of YG.It is very likely that the treatment of the metabolism of the body can play a role in the treatment of "deficiency".
