摘要
基于全国31个省级行政区的面板数据,运用空间自相关模型和空间计量模型,测度了我国物流业发展对人口城镇化及土地城镇化的空间溢出效应。结果显示:我国各省份物流业与城镇化发展水平均具有较强的空间正相关性;省域的物流业发展不仅会驱动当地人口城镇化及土地城镇化水平的提升,而且具有空间溢出效应,会带动临近地区的人口城镇化和土地城镇化发展;物流业对人口城镇化的影响主要来自于直接效应,对土地城镇化的影响主要来自于溢出效应;从控制变量来看,政府财政支出对土地城镇化具有显著的溢出效应,产业结构水平对土地城镇化的总效应为负,对外开放程度对土地城镇化具有显著的正向溢出效应。
By using Spatial Autocorrelation Model and Spatial Econometric Model,and the panel data of 31 provincial administrative regions in China,this essay measures the spatial spillover effect of logistics industry development on population urbanization and land urbanization in China.The results show that there is a strong spatial correlation between logistics industry and urbanization development in all provinces;The development of logistics has a significant positive effect on population urbanization and land urbanization,while the influence of logistics industry on population urbanization mainly comes from direct effect,and the spillover effect on land urbanization is more significant;From the perspective of control variables,government financial expenditure has a significant positive spillover effect on land urbanization.The optimization of industrial structure is not conducive to the development of land urbanization in adjacent provinces.The level of opening up has a positive effect on population urbanization and land urbanization.
