摘要
混凝土构件工厂化预制,是公路混凝土桥梁建设技术发展的重要趋势之一。总结分析了公路桥梁预制混凝土构件的三个发展阶段,从混凝土性能、预制构件表观、混凝土保护层、预应力张拉及管道压浆等方面阐述了影响当前预制构件质量的主要问题及原因,根据当前混凝土材料、预制工艺与装备的发展水平,提出了提升预制混凝土构件质量的建议。
It is one of the important trends for the construction technology of highway concrete bridges that the concrete components are precasted in factories and assembled with mechines in site. The developments of precast concrete members of highway bridges in China are summered up to three stages. Main problems and reasons influencing the quality of the precast members are expounded with concrete performance, precast members appearance, concrete layers, prestress tension and pipe grouting. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of precast concrete members according to the current development level of concrete materials, precast technologies and equipments.
