摘要
科技信息服务与科技创新是当前时代发展的重要任务,充分发挥出科技的优势,为我国的经济发展奠定良好的基础。在新经济常态下,全球创新已经成为主流趋势,科技信息服务在发展过程中面临新的挑战,科技创新逐渐进入转型期,适应时代发展。文章从科技信息资源的价值入手,深入进行分析,明确其创新服务对科技创新的重要性,提出全新的科技信息服务与科技创新策略,以供参考。
Scientific and technological information service and scientific and technological innovation are important tasks in the development of the current era, giving full play to the advantages of science and technology, and laying a good foundation for the economic development of our country. Under the normal condition of the new economy, global innovation has become the mainstream trend. Science and technology information service is facing new challenges in the process of development. Scientific and technological innovation has gradually entered the transition period and adapted to the development of the times. Starting with the value of scientific and technological information resources,this paper analyzes deeply, clarifies the importance of its innovative service to scientific and technological innovation,and puts forward a new strategy of scientific and technological information service and scientific and technological innovation for reference.
