摘要
根据双师型教师的内涵属性,分析培养双师型教师的需要、政策指向和实践基础,从机制建设、平台建设、企业实践、利益评价等方面,提出高素质双师型教师的合作培养方法和路径,为培养双师型教师提供依据和经验。
According to the connotation attribute of double-qualified teachers,this paper analyzes the needs,policy direction and practical basis of training double-qualified teachers,and puts forward the cooperative training methods and paths of high-quality double-qualified teachers from the aspects of mechanism construction,platform construction,enterprise practice and benefit evaluation,in order to provide basis and experience for training double-qualified teachers.
