摘要
主要论述钙钛矿太阳电池的基本结构、工作原理和电池效率再提升的策略。详细阐述正向电池的面结结构和介孔结构。基于PN结介绍钙钛矿太阳电池的发电原理,指出电荷传输机制。根据钙钛矿薄膜在电池光伏转换过程的作用,指出钙钛矿薄膜是钙钛矿太阳电池的核心工作部件,进一步分析得出制备高相纯度且对基体全覆盖的高质量钙钛矿薄膜,包括可控的形貌、高覆盖率和尽量小的针孔等,是获得高效钙钛矿太阳电池的核心要求。
The basic structure,working principle,and the strategic of the cell efficiency’s further promotion of perovskite-type solar cells are mainly discussed in this thesis.The surface structure and mesoporous structure of the positive cells are illustrated in detail in this thesis.Based on the power generation principles of this perovskite-type solar cell is introduced based on the PN knot,and transmission mechanism of the charges is pointed out.
