摘要
目的探究电针疗法在老年社区获得性肺炎患者治疗中的应用及对患者临床肺部感染评分的影响。方法选取广东省第二人民医院珠海医院2017年1月—2019年1月间100例老年社区获得性肺炎患者,将其根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规抗感染治疗,观察组于常规治疗基础上,联合电针疗法,对比分析两组炎症因子水平及肺部感染评分。结果治疗后,观察组白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肺部感染评分(Consumer Price Index,CPIS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用电针疗法辅助治疗老年社区获得性肺炎患者效果较好,可有效改善患者肺部炎性反应,缓解肺部感染,有效促进机体肺部功能恢复。
Objective To explore the application of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of senile community acquired pneumonia and the effect of electro-acupuncture on the clinical lung infection.Methods 100 patients with acquired pneumonia in the hospital from January,2017 to January,2019 were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method.In the control group,the conventional anti-infective therapy was used,and on the basis of routine treatment,the observation group were treated combined with electro-acupuncture The levels of inflammatory factors and the scores of lung infection in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the interleukin6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)level were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung infection score(CPIS)in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of electroacupuncture on the treatment of senile community acquired pneumonia is better,and the level of inflammatory factor and the score of lung infection can be effectively reduced.
