摘要
为了保证产品质量的可控性和可追溯性,现代化的冷轧生产线需要记录钢卷的生产过程数据。研究设计了一种过程数据的统计和存储方法,利用自动化系统的位置跟踪功能和传统的快照数据,在带钢的长度方向上以一定准确度统计各个部位的生产过程数据,并存储到关系型数据库,从而实现过程数据的记录。实际应用表明该方法具有较高的可靠性和实用性,能够为工艺参数的优化、产品质量的追溯分析提供有力支持。
To guarantee the controllability and traceability of product coil quality,it is necessary for modernized cold rolling line to record rolling process data.To realize the record of process data,a statistics and storage method of process data is proposed based on the location tracking function in automation system and the traditional photo data.With a certain accuracy,rolling process data statistics can be synchronized in rolled length and stored in relational database.The statistics and storage method offers a strong support for process parameter optimization and product quality tracing,which shows high reliability and practicality in practice application.
