摘要
香港高校广泛使用的"结果导向教学法",因教学目标明确、教学内涵丰富、能有效提高学生学习能力等特征,成为应用型人才培养的有效教学方法。考虑到"应试教育"使内地学生在自主学习能力与"全人教育"理念上与香港学生存在差距,本文拟对该教学法在内地高校的适用性进行探索。实验表明,它适用于内地高校教学,但难以反映不同学生努力程度的差异。加入激励机制进行教学法优化后重新实验,发现其完全可以成为内地高校应用型人才培养的有效教学方法。
“Outcomes-based Approach”is a popular teaching method in Hong Kong’s universities because of its clear teaching objectives,rich teaching content,effectively in improving students’learning ability and so on.Above mentioned can make good practice and innovation capacity-building effect.In view of the gap between mainland students' autonomous learning ability and the concept of“whole-person education”due to“exam-oriented education”,this paper intends to explore the applicability of this teaching method in mainland universities.Experiments show that it is suitable for teaching in mainland universities,but it is difficult to reflect the differences in students' efforts.After adding the incentive mechanism to optimize the teaching method,it is found that it can be an effective teaching method for cultivating application-oriented talents in mainland universities.
