摘要
集气室结构是甲醇制烯烃再生反应器中的重要结构,该结构在650℃条件下操作,存在塑性垮塌、疲劳、棘轮、屈曲失效模式。对集气室结构形式进行了合理设计,采用ANSYS软件中APDL语言建立了集气室结构的有限元模型,在机械载荷和热-机械载荷耦合作用下,对该结构存在的失效模式进行了逐一分析,并基于ASMEⅧ-2和JB47321995对其安全性进行了评定,提出了满足强度要求的优化结构。为工程上此类结构的设计提供了一定参考依据。
The plenum chamber structure plays an important role in the methanol-to-olefins(MTO)regeneration reactor,and it operates under the condition of 650℃with failure modes such as plastic collapse,fatigue,ratcheting and buckling.Therefore,the type of the plenum chamber structure was designed reasonably,and finite element model for the plenum chamber structure was established using APDL tool in ANSYS,and the failure modes of the structure were analyzed one by one under mechanical loads and thermal-mechanical loads,its safety was assessed based on the criteria specified in ASMEⅧ-2 and JB 4732—1995,and the structure was optimized so that strength criteria can be met,which can be used as a reference for such structure in later engineering design.
