摘要
目的:探讨综合性心理干预对小儿静脉输液配合度及家属满意度的影响。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年6月期间我院收治的120例静脉输液患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组在临床上采取常规治疗和干预,观察组同时给予综合性心理干预,两组均干预1个月。对比分析两组患儿静脉输液配合度、家属满意度、输液时的疼痛评分及渗漏情况。结果:观察组患儿静脉输液主动配合、参与配合的配合度高于对照组(91.67%vs63.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.811,P<0.001);观察组家属在服务态度及健康教育、穿刺技术、心理干预和输液质量等方面的满意度高于对照组(t=11.088,6.721,9.268,19.313,8.424;P<0.001);两组病区环境的满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组主观疼痛、客观疼痛评分均低于对照组(t=-27.046,-5.874;P<0.001);观察组输液时渗漏(因患儿哭闹、触碰引起、穿刺部位固定不稳固、拔针按压不当等原因)发生率低于对照组(8.33%vs35.00%)(χ^2=12.570,P<0.001)。结论:综合性心理干预可有效的提高患儿静脉输液配合度和家属对干预的满意度,降低输液时患儿的疼痛感,减少其渗漏的发生率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on pediatric intravenous infusion cooperation rate and family satisfaction.Methods:A total of 120 children with intravenous infusion in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 60 cases.The control group received routine treatment and intervention,meanwhile,the observation group received the comprehensive psychological intervention,both for 1 mon.Then the intravenous infusion cooperation rate,family satisfaction,pain score and leakage of the two groups were compared.Results:The cooperation rate of intravenous infusion in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ^2=13.811,P<0.001);The satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of service attitude,health education,puncture technique,psychological intervention and infusion quality(t=11.088,6.721,9.268,19.313,8.424,P<0.001),while no difference was found in the environment satisfaction rate(P>0.05).The subjective pain and objective pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=-27.046,-5.874,P<0.001).The incidence of leakage during the infusion(due to the child crying,touch,unstable fixation,improper needle extraction,etc.)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(χ^2=12.570,P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of the comprehensive psychological intervention can improve the intravenous infusion cooperation rate and family satisfaction,meanwhile reduce the pain degree and leakage rate for pediatric intravenous infusion.
