摘要
该文旨在整理归纳名老中医杨进教授临证医案,继承杨师治学思想,总结杨进教授从肝为五脏之贼谈胃病证治的理论依据、论治思路及谴方用药物特色,以启迪后学。杨师深知肝为五脏之贼对胃病证治的重要影响,治疗除采用疏肝、养肝、平肝之外,时常注重情志疏理,让患者移情易性,加之辅助心理疏导,消除病人思想负担,治疗每每多获良效。
The purpose of this paper is to sort out and summarize the clinical cases of Professor YANG Jin,a renowned veteran Chinese medicine professor,and to inherit the thought of Professor YANG Shizhi,and to summarize Professor YANG Jin’s theoretical basis,treatment ideas,and characteristics of prescriptions and medicines for treating stomach diseases from the perspective of liver to the thieves of five Zang-organs,so as to YANG Shi knows that liver is the thieves of the five Zang organs,which has an important influence on the treatment of gastric diseases. In addition to soothing the liver,nourishing the liver and calming the liver,he often pays attention to emotional dredging,making patients empathic,assisting psychological counseling,eliminating patients’ ideological burden and achieving good results in every treatment.
