摘要
进行了ML35钢的等径转角加工试验,研究了纯剪切变形对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明,剪切变形使材料晶粒细化,两道次加工后,材料获得长约400 nm、宽约300 nm的亚晶粒。同时,材料综合性能得到显著提升,变形(等效应变)累积达2.04,强度高达1047 MPa,伸长率33%。利用此材料可制造出高强度紧固件。
Equal channel angular processing experiments of ML35 steel was carried out.Effect of shear deformation on the microstructure and properties of ML35 steel was studied.The results show that the grains in material are refined by shear deformation.After two passes of processing,the sub-grains with a length about 400 nm,and a width about 300 nm are obtained in the material.At the same time,the comprehensive properties of the material are improved remarkably,the deformation(equivalent strain)accumulates up to 2.04,the strength is up to 1047 MPa,and the elongation is 33%.The high strength fastener can be manufactured by using this material.
